Ndoma-Egba, a senior advocate of Nigeria, is also the chairman of the Niger Delta Development Commission.

He was born on 8 March 1956 in Ikom, Cross River State. He has an LL.B degree from the University of Lagos and an LLM degree from the University of Calabar.

He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1978 and was elevated to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in 2004.

He was thrice elected as senator, in 2003, 2007 and 2011 to represent Cross River central district in the National Assembly.
