Chelsea have sacked manager Thomas Tuchel less than two years after he was signed up for the job in 2021.

Tuesday’s night’s UEFA Champions League witnessed the club’s defeat by Dinamo Zagreb.
It was gathered by metrobusinessnews.com that Chelsea has commenced discussions with Brighton head coach, Graham Potter and other two international coaches, who are currently not coaching any club.
A statement from Chelsea reads: “ As the new ownership group reaches 100 days since taking over the club, and as it continues its hard work to take the club forward, the new owners believe it is the right time to make this transition.
Chelsea’s coaching staff will take charge of the team for training and the preparation of our upcoming matches as the club moves swiftly to appoint a new head coach.
There will be no further comment until a new head coach appointment is made.“
Tuchel, former coach of French champions Paris Saint-Germain where he won the top flight title twice, was signed by Chelsea on 26 January 2021.

He won the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League for the London club.

This season that has seen six domestic matches, Chelsea have struggled to win three matches and drawn one, placing sixth on the log.

Their defeat to Dinamo Zagreb is their first fixture in a six-game group.
