Senate summons Itse Sagay

For using disparaging comments on the Nigerian Senate, the upper legislative chamber on Wednesday summoned the Chairman, Presidential Advisory Committee Against Corruption, Itse Sagay (SAN), to appear before it.

This followed a motion moved by Deputy Senate Leader Bala Ibn Na’Allah at plenary.

Specifically, Sagay is to appear before the Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petitions.
