FCSC approves Maina’s reinstatement

It has been established that the reinstatement of wanted fugitive Abdulrasheed Maina was carried out by the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), according to some eccludive documents

Maina is wanted by the Police and Economic and Financial Crime Commission over the alleged self-enrichment of over N100 billion of the Presidential Task Force on Pension Reforms.
The letter dated 18th September, 2017, and signed by one Mustapha L. Sulieman for Honourable Commissioner, was consequent upon the recommendation by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Mallam Abubakar Malami, who cleared him of all wrong doings.
The letter indicated that series of meetings were held and letters written between the Justice Minister, Office of the Head of Service of the Federation, the Interior Minister and the FCSC.
