Le Maroc, premier pays africain à présider le Forum International des Transports (FIT)

Le Royaume du Maroc succède à l’Irlande pour la Présidence du Forum International des Transports (FIT) pour le prochain mandat 2021 – 2022, à l’issue de la clôture des travaux du Sommet du FIT qui s’est tenu du 17 au 28 mai 2021, exceptionnellement en format virtuel, et auquel a pris part le Ministre de l’Equipement, du Transport, de la Logistique et de l’Eau, Abdelkader Amara.

Le Maroc ayant occupé pour le mandat qui vient de prendre fin, le poste de premier Vice-Président du FIT.

 

Lors de son intervention à la session ministérielle à huit clos tenue le 27 mai 2021, Amara a tenu à exprimer tout l’honneur du Royaume du Maroc, pays africain et arabe, à assurer la présidence du FIT pendant la période 2021 – 2022, ce qui constitue, a-t-il affirmé, un message d’ouverture d’une grande symbolique qui reflète la dynamique que le FIT a enclenchée ces dernières années.
