President Muhammadu Buhari on Tuesday met behind closed doors with His Royal Highness, Major-Gen. A. B. Mamman (Rtd.)
The meeting started at the President’s office around 12.30pm.
The meeting, according to sources, may not be unconnected with the proposed African Security Leadership Summit.
