Obiano Votes at Aguleri, Optimistic Of Victory

The governorship election in Anambra state kicked off today on a bright footing.The turn-out in many polling booths was impressive and the crowd of voters were orderly and peaceful.
In many polling units voting started as early as 8.00am.
At Eri primary school polling unit 004,Otuocha ward 1where the incumbent governor and All Progressive Grand Alliance Chief Willie Obiano voted, the turn out was impressive.
Obiano voted at 9.57am after being accredited.
He said he was told by INEC  officials that the card reader was functioning but that the finger prints could not be captured.
The governor told the crowd of journalists that he had just performed his civic responsibility.
He expressed happiness by the turn out of voters and expressed confidence that he will win by land slide and prayed that the votes of the people will count#
