With barely few days to the end of October, the Ministry of Budget and National Planning has disclosed that the 2018 budget was ready and awaiting presentation to the National Assembly.
Udoma Udo Udoma, Minister of Budget and National Planning gave the disclosure on Thursday after the Federal Executive Council meeting,chaired by President Muhammadu Buhari.
He did not howver disclose the details of the budget insisting that only the President has the prerogative to reveal the details.
He said a correspondence has been forwarded to the leadership of the National Assembly to give a convenient date when they would be ready to receive the budgetary appropriations from the Executive.
