Presidency, Niger Delta stakeholders meet over economic recovery plan

A meeting between the presidency and stakeholders from the Niger Delta is currently in session at the Presidential Villa with the Economic Recovery Plan and the prospects of growing the agricultural sector on the front burner.
The meeting is chaired by the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari with the minister of Niger Delta Usani Usani and commissioners of Agriculture from each state in attendance.
The Federal Government had said it will depend mostly on agriculture to drive the Economic Recovery Growth Plan.
The closed door meeting holding at the conference room of the Chief of Staff is still in session.
