Ike Ekweremadu and Beatrice, who are standing trial in David Ukpo’s alleged organ harvesting trial in London are to remain in custody till the next hearing date.

The Westminster Magistrate Court in London, United Kingdom who adjourned the case till August 4, also ruled that Ukpo, who is at the middle of the Whole saga is not a minor.

Analysts said on Thursday that the first hurdle for the Ekweremadus may have been crossed with the court’s pronouncement that Ukpo is not a minor, shifting argument to whether the intended organ harvesting was with his consent.
