FEC Charges Kachikwu, Petroleum Minister, On Fuel Queues

The Federal Executive Council has mandated the Minister of State for Petroleum, Ibe Kachikwu, to end the fuel queues across the country by the end of this week.The directive was given at the FEC meeting held on Wednesday. The meeting was presided by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo in the absence of President Muhammadu Buhari who is in Kano on a working visit.

Fuel queues have since Monday surfaced across the country with the NNPC blaming it on panic buying, while Nigerians continue to bear ther brunt by way of higher transport fares, as well as spending heavy traffic occasioned by fuels queues
