Farmfresh range of products, which include Pasteurized full cream milk; Stirred yoghurt in various flavours; and Drinking yoghurt in various flavours produced by Integrated Dairies Limited Company on Thursday, received the endorsement of the Nigerian Medical Association.

The natural and healthy yoghurt drinks were presented with the certificate of endorsement by the President of the medical association, Dr. Uche Ojinmah at a ceremony held in the headquarters of the NMA in Abuja.

While receiving the officials of the company, Dr. Ojinmah commended the company for its commitment to customers’ wellness and satisfaction by giving the market fresh dairy products (without preservatives) which addresses the need and desire of consumers to live healthy.

According to him, the endorsement is in recognition of the company’s commitment and drive to open up the market for people who need healthy beverages to access the products.

He said the wellness of the people remains the major interest of NMA, “hence the validation of your products for public consumption.”
“It is, however, important that you maintain the high standard you have set in the making of the products which earned you the endorsement.

“This endorsement confers on you the responsibility to maintain standard and I believe you will maintain standard having done that till today. Our endorsement is based on the reality that the product is real and is of good quality.”

In his response, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Emmanuel Orekogbe assured that the company will continue to meet the expectation of the consumers and other stakeholders by consistently producing high quality and standard dairy products that are affordable and satisfying the nutritional needs of its customers at all times.
“Our products are fresh and without preservatives, we are concerned about customers’ health and will be consistent in meeting their needs.”

The Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Gbadesola Adenrele explained that Farmfresh has been consistent in the fast moving consumer goods market for nineteen years now and has remained committed to serving fresh dairy products that meet the needs of customers and consumers.

“Our processes are designed to ensure that we retain the freshness of all products produced from our production site/farm in Vom, Plateau state leveraging long distance cold-chain vans and trucks for distribution across Nigeria at recommended temperature” Gbadesola said.

Highlighting Farmfresh differentiator in the market, the Brand Executive, Ifeoluwa Akindele said due to the absence of preservatives, Farmfresh yoghurt brands have active live cultures (in other words probiotics) which aids the digestive system and boosts the immune system. This, she said, gives credence to the endorsement by a professional body like the Nigerian Medical Association.
