OPEC Secretary-General, Nigeria’s Muhammadu Sanusi Barkindo Is Dead

The Secretary-General of Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Muhammadu Sanusi Barkindo has been reported dead.

 He died about 11 pm Tuesday night.

The news was broken by the group managing director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC)Limited, Mele kyari, through his Twitter handle.

Barkindo delivered a paper at the ongoing Nigeria’s Oil and Gas Conference in Abuja, Tuesday Morning.
