Stakeholders in the project, Nigeria and political watchers have said the pegging of presidential firm for N100 million amounts to legalizing corruption and putting Aspirants, particularly, the youth under pressure.
They have expressed shock after the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday pegged its presidential nomination and expression of interest forms at N100 million.

According to the APC national publicity secretary, Felix Morka, the nomination form will sell for N70 million while expression of interest forms will go for N30 million, making a total of N100m.
They argue that even if the youth and women are going to be giving concession, the amount is outrageous in an economy that has high rates of inflation and unemployment among others.
Apart from some Nigerians that responded directly and complained to the platform, the announcement has sparked angry reactions on social media.
