Tension As APC screening committee disqualifies 10 presidential aspirants

The presidential screening committee of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has disqualified 10 aspirants from the party’s presidential race.

The Chairman of the APC presidential screening committee, Chief John Oyegun made this known on Friday.

The development leaves only 13 aspirants out of the 23 aspirants who purchased the presidential expression of interest and nomination forms of the party in the race.

When asked about the identity of the disqualified aspirants, Oyegun declined to disclose the names.
 
He, however, disclosed that only youthful aspirants were cleared by the committee.
