Kayode explained that ACCI had been working in harmony with all ECOWAS members doing business in Abuja to facilitate their commerce and trade activities.

According to him, it is important to have strong collaboration among members of the region for mutual benefits.

The president said that the chamber under his leadership had been carrying out some capital development projects in the recent time.

Chief Alaba Lawson, the President of Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) further called on all chambers of commerce in the region to work together.

Lawson expressed joy for hosting other members of chambers from the sub-region in Abuja, calling on them to feel at home.

She described ACCI as one of the most vibrant chambers of commerce in Nigeria.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that members of various chambers from the region, who are currently in Abuja for Annual General Meeting, also inspected facilities at ACCI secretariat.
