Police Arrest #BBOG Convener, Oby Ezekwezili and 10 Other In Abuja

Police have arrested the Co comvener of #BRINGBACKOURGIRLS , Oby Ezekwezili and ten other members of the group  in Abuja during a peaceful protest to compel  the government to taking action and rescue the remaining abducted school girls.
Members of Islamic Movement of Nigeria  ( IMN ) were also not spared  as several of their members were arrested
The protest which witnessed an altercation between the group and the police when they were sorrounded by armed policemen at Unity Fountain  preventing them from proceeding with the rally.
 The Ezekwezili group had shcelduled a protest march which was  expected to be terminated at the Villa gate but the protesters got more thant they bargained  for when the police broke into their midst arresting their members.
The situation made some of them ran into different directions for safety.  Those arrested  have been taken to an unknown destination as officials of the group are still searching for their members.
The police who have been on the trail of members of Islamic Movement of Nigeria  ( IMN ) who have embarked on series of protests to demand for the release of their spiritual leader, Sheik Ibraheem El-Zakzaky.also arrested several of them
The police also swooped on journalists who are covering the rally  as many cameras were seized and pictures and videos taken during the commotion  were deleted
