A Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Babatunde Quadri, has voided the suspension of Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume(Borno-APC) and ordered his reinstatement.
Ndume, who represents Borno South Senatorial District, was suspended in March.
Quadri ordered Senate President, Bukola Saraki and the Senate to ensure prompt payment of Ndume’s salaries and allowances.
