NAF  Releases Result of Successful Candidates, Announces Training Date

 

 

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has concluded its recruitment process for the Direct Short Service Commission Course (DSSC33/2024) and has released the list of successful candidates.

The recruitment exercise, which involved a Selection Board Interview conducted from 6th to 26th January 2025, has identified qualified individuals who will proceed to the next phase of training.

Successful candidates are required to report to the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Afaka, Kaduna, on Wednesday, 2nd April 2025. The training is mandatory, and any candidate who fails to report by (6:00 pm) on Monday, 7th April 2025, will forfeit their training slot.

Training Invitation:
Candidates are expected to bring along the originals and photocopies of the following documents:

First School Leaving Certificate
NECO/WAEC/NABTEB results
Degree/HND Certificate
Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
Letter of State of Origin
Nigerian Air Force Applicant Acknowledgement Card
Signed Attestation of Parent/Guardian Consent Form
Local Government Area Attestation Form
Note: Any candidate who fails to present originals of the above-stated documents will not be accepted into the Academy.

Candidates are also to come along with the following items:

Two pairs of black and white trousers
One lounge suit (dark colour)
Two belts (preferably black)
One pair of black cover shoes (males only)
Two pairs of white canvas shoes
Two pairs of white shorts
Pyjamas.
One pair of football boot (males only)
Three pairs of blue shorts and white round neck vests
Two white shirts (long sleeves)
About Nigerian Air Force Recruitment 2024

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) conducted its 2024 recruitment exercise for the Direct Short Service Commission Course (DSSC33/2024).
The recruitment began with an application period, where candidates were required to meet specific eligibility criteria, including educational qualifications and physical fitness standards.
Shortlisted candidates then took an aptitude test, assessing their cognitive abilities, with successful candidates proceeding to the screening stage.
The screening, held from 6th to 26th January 2025, involved document verification, medical examinations, and physical fitness tests.
Successful candidates were invited to report to the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) in Afaka, Kaduna, for training, starting on 2nd April 2025.
