OhuabunwaTakes NNG To Nigerians  In  Diaspora,  Seeks New Leadership Order

Buoyed by the reception of Nigerians to the new perception of leadership it is canvassing, the New Nigeria Group[NNG] has started interacting with Nigerians living in other parts of the world-including Europe, the United States, Asia and Africa.
The NNG, led by renowned boardroom chief and veteran technocrat, Mazi Sam Ohuabunwa, seeks to redefine political governance in Nigeria by mobilizing likeminded citizens to install enlightened, visionary and committed leadership in the country. Such leadership, he insists, will motivate the country to optimize its human & material resources to attain global competitiveness. With presence growing in the 36 states and Abuja, the NNG is seen as punching heavily, to drive its mission home.
In an online meeting recently with various professionals in the United Kingdom, the NNG presented a blueprint on the way to go in leading Nigeria and asked Nigerians in the UK – known to have a considerable influence of some sort on their kinsmen back home, to join the search for a new Nigeria. A detribalised, visionary, Ohuabunwa is one Nigerian that understands Nigeria-as he sees his home in every community in his beloved country.
“We seek knowledgeable Nigerians who understand the issues in contention and are prepared to share the knowledge with others so as to motivate everyone to action in pursuit of the vision and ultimate liberation of Nigeria from the shackles of poor governance and the poverty and misery it creates”, the NNG said.
According to the NNG, “we seek Nigerians who are courageous and can stand up to their convictions. We in turn will create freedoms that allow people hold views, pursue their convictions and determine how to live and relate to each other under a progressive and people-oriented constitution. We believe in liberty and freedoms. A people who feel threatened or afraid, will never be creative nor innovative. Nigeria will be a Nation of Free people who are free to explore all legal opportunities to achieve their dreams and relate to each other as equals.
An entrepreneur and investor who has been involved in founding and managing several businesses in Nigeria, Mazi Ohuabunwa has been exceptionally involved in economic advocacy for decades-which makes his vision for an economically sustainable Nigeria, one to watch. Actively involved in fashioning out VISION 2010 and VISION 2020 strategic documents among others, he chaired the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) for years. He was the president of the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA), president of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce (NACC), Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and Chairman of the Organized Private Sector (OPS).
